Job Description

Role and Responsibilities
PROFIT

• Meet the profit objectives established by Area Supervisor and Director of Operations
• Direct and assist each individual shift manager and crew in the operations of their restaurant with the goal of optimizing profitability and sales
• Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
• Control food and labor cost

PEOPLE

• Accomplish restaurant people objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and discipling employees
• Develop shift managers and crew based while adhering to all McDonald’s people practices and maintain crew staffing levels in assigned store based on restaurant needs
• Administer written performance reviews to both shift managers and the crew members according to our performance review schedule
• Maintain and promote a positive work environment

QUALITY

• Direct and assist the restaurant management team in achieving and maintaining the highest level of QSC
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have high school diploma
• Must have 2 - 5 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects
