CMX Cinemas Peachtree Corners CinéBistro seeks a Restaurant Manager to join our winning team in providing the ULTIMATE movie going experience to our community!

Since that time, CMX has grown organically and through acquisition, notably acquiring Cobb Theatres and CinéBistro locations. About CMX CinéBistro Peachtree Corners

Located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, CMX CinéBistro Peachtree Corners is a one-of-a-kind elevated restaurant/movie-going experience with amenities such as all reserved recliner seating, full-service in-theatre dining, extensive beer, wine & cocktail selections and a chef-crafted menu. All auditoriums feature 4k digital projection, and 7.1 surround sound. Guests can choose to dine in our restaurant and bar if not seeing a movie and are never required to order food or drinks when seeing a movie. CMX also offers traditional movie concessions such as hot fresh popcorn and candy.

Job Requirements:

  • Management or supervisory experience in the theater, restaurant, retail, or hospitality, industries; high volume experience preferred
  • People First mentality and hands-on leadership style
  • Passion for and commitment to the theater/restaurant industry
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and approach to thinking required to lead an emerging concept/brand (i.e. sees big picture, embraces critical thinking, quest for continuous improvement, innovative)
  • Ability to make decisions and take accountability for them, even when there isn't a clear precedent or direction
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate directions and expectations to staff and management and have the sincere desire to build, coach, and develop successful teams
  • Commitment to fostering an environment of superior guest service and quality; ability to successfully resolve guest service issues
  • Ability to positively impact the P&L through managing quality standards and cost controls
  • Basic technical aptitude and computer literacy to include the ability to operate point-of-sale software, scheduling software, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Interest in future Assistant General Manager or General Manager Positions and ability to relocate as needed for upward mobility strongly preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
