Kono's is a locally owned small business that is looking for a energetic and friendly candidates for a General Manager position to work with Kono's and our 12-hour slow-roasted Kalua pig! The perfect candidate lives close to the restaurant here on Oahu. In this position you will be included in the tip pool and they are significant and paid out daily! ****MUST LIVE ON OAHU****
-Maintain HIGH sanitation and cleanliness each day
-Happy and Friendly everyday
-Ability to deliver OUTSTANDING customer service to every one of our guests.
-be able to Lead the team
-instruct, direct, and be part of cleaning during shifts
-Able to work at a fast pace
-Can stay standing for up to 8 hours
-Attention to detail and ability to produce a weekly schedule for restaurant staff that follows policy

-Able to close shifts as late at 8pm
