Looking for a part time AM server and a part time PM server/bartender. Could combine shifts to be full time with benefits if that is what you are looking for.

Pay: Hourly $4.50 (PM) - $7.50 (AM) - average tips bring wages up to $35/hour

Offering breathtaking views of Mount Washington, The Notch Grille is proud to support our local farms, breweries, and distilleries – including our own private label vodka made at Tamworth Distilling.

In addition to our full-service bar and restaurant, The Glen House features flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space that can accommodate up to 150 people.

The Restaurant Server safely and efficiently provides excellent customer service with a smile! We want our guests to feel good about their dining experience so that they will tell others and become loyal customers. We expect and encourage you to go out of your way to talk to guests and find out what their needs are before they must ask you.

Essential Functions of the Job: Regular attendance and reporting to work on time, ready to begin your shift is an essential function of employment (being tardy places an unfair burden on the team). Ability to work flexible schedules (including weekends, nights, holidays) to meet hotel/guest needs. Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing (i.e. use appropriate language, display proper tone, attitude and body language when communicating)

Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure

Experience as a Server is preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol for the PM shift.
