Job Description
When property damage from water, fire or storm strikes, people are absolutely devastated. They wonder how things will ever get back to normal!

If you are the kind of person who would love seeing their faces when you have finished putting back all their cleaned and restored belongings and putting the final, finishing touches on their restoration from a fire or flood then we may have the position for you!

The Restoration Technician is responsible for the completion of all cleaning aspects of assigned jobs.

You’ll be performing a variety of tasks on our restoration projects including packing out damaged contents and packing back cleaned and restored contents, doing structural cleaning, cleaning contents in our shop and on-site, doing final post-restoration and post-construction cleaning. You’ll be cross-trained to help in a variety of other situations including water damage, carpet cleaning, etc.

As a representative of our company, you will also be a brand ambassador, delivering Above and Beyond customer service to people that may be going through one of their worst days ever.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High school education, or up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR subject to a background check and access to dependable transportation.
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, carry equipment up/downstairs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One-two years’ experience and/or certifications in the disaster restoration industry.
