Ashley HomeStore is looking for qualified leaders for our locations in Norwalk, Orange, and Brookfield. We’re currently looking to hire a qualified Retail Sales Associates for all 3 locations! This is for someone who’s highly motivated, enjoys working with people, and loves making money.
As a RSA you will be responsible for selling furniture, mattresses and home décor throughout the entire showroom. We're willing to train the right person!
Retail Sales Associate Benefits:
- Competitive pay starting at $40,000/yr increases based on experience and performance
- Commission and bonuses - Our top Performers make in excess of $100,000 per year!! (ability to make 8% commission on furniture, 10% on Tempur-Pedic, and 20% on fabric protection)

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
- Retail, Sales or Customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to work retail store hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of computers
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Welcoming, greeting, interacting with, and assisting our Ashley Guests upon entering and throughout the showroom
- Helping customers with their selections and going over the product knowledge of the items they are looking at
- Communicating with your customers before and after the sales is made
- Supporting working relationships with the entire sales and customer service teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
