Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

You do not need retail sales or furniture experience to be successful in this role.

Qualifications for a Retail Sales Associate:

· Available to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required

· Utilizing an organized approach to tracking Guest leads and regularly reconnect with Guests and leads regarding upcoming promotions and sales

· Working independently and as a team to ensure a great experience for every Guest

· Assisting Guests with financing, product selection, and delivery, along with providing excellent follow-up after delivery to ensure ultimate Guest satisfaction

· Keeping current on industry trends and product knowledge, maintaining a focus on learning and development

Requirements for a Retail Sales Associate:

· High School Diploma or equivalent
