Retail Sales Associate / Key Holder
Matthews Medical and Scientific Books, a leading operator of medical bookstores, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate / Key Holder to join our team at our Midwestern University Glendale Bookstore location. Matthews is an employee-owned company whose employee-owners are customer-focused and dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
Retail Sales / Customer Service Responsibilities
· Provide excellent customer service to customers, faculty, and students
· Complete cash register transactions with a high degree of accuracy
· Merchandise store including stocking, cleaning, and organizing product
Retail Sales / Customer Service Qualifications and Skills:
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to move or lift merchandise weighing 0-50lbs
· Highly Reliable and Punctual
· Previous retail experience a plus
Bookstore hours:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday
Current schedule is 11:30am - 4:00pm M-F but this could be changed for the right candidate.
Not open on weekends or major holidays
