General Summary of Job Duties
The On Call Retail Sales Clerk will provide excellent professional and courteous retail service to guests and Team Members. Excellent guest service skills are required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain product knowledge and familiarity with all items.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Values.
- Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude while greeting guests with a smile and eye contact within 10 feet of the store entrance.
- Assist customers within 1 minute of entering the store.
- Introduce to customers new products, answer questions, and go out of your way to meet customer needs.
- All staff will maintain an accurate daily cash balance and will be held accountable for any overages and shortages of their cash drawers during their shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
