What will your normal day of work look like?

• Cashier work – engaging with guests, taking orders and offering suggestions, handling cash and credit card payments, and packaging in-store and online orders
• Barista work – preparing coffees and a wide array of beverages at a fast pace and precise standard according to company standards
• Cleaning – sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables, countertops, and display cases. Organization and cleanliness are an essential part of this workplace.
• Stocking – refilling and organizing display cases to maximize daily sales of many types of products, including bottled beverages, pastries, bread, cake, and other merchandise.
• Teamwork and communication – interacting and cooperating with other team members and management to fulfill daily tasks and checklists

What are we looking for?

• No experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate!
• We are specifically looking for dedicated, full-time employees willing to be part of a community and be motivated to contribute to the success of not only the business, but one another as coworkers
• We are only seeking to hire individuals who possess the following:
• A high degree of punctuality (time and attendance is taken very strictly here)
• A high sense of integrity and responsibility
• A genuine desire to work and contribute to a team
• Humility and the ability to receive and offer constructive feedback from staff and management
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Effective communication skills and fluency in English (Korean or Spanish is a plus!)
• Time management and the ability to prioritize and follow directions
• Physical requirements of being able to lift and carry boxes and stand for periods up to several hours
