Position Available:

• Full-Time, Monday - Friday
• Los Angeles

Responsibilities:

• Admit, assess, evaluate, and direct all aspects of patient care
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes as necessary
• Train staff in nursing care and general health assessments
• Attend and actively participate in Interdisciplinary Care Teams

Qualifications:

• Current California RN license
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Car insurance, ability to travel throughout Los Angeles
