RN - Home Infusion Job at Vital Care Infusion Services of Augusta
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent IV skills and enjoy working with patients
- Provide infusion therapies in our patients' homes
- Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own home
- Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners
- Provides infusion and other skilled nursing care to patients including, but not limited to: patient assessments, patient/caregiver teaching, development and revision of the plan of care, implementation of physician orders, monitoring patient response, response to emergency patient needs and psychosocial support
- Completes all required patient care documentation and reports accurately
Pay: From $40.00 per hour

License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- RN License (Required)
