We are looking to add a highly motivated, energetic Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to our team. The registered nurse will assist patients and deliver excellent patient care. This RN/LPN must be highly professional and have extraordinary reasoning skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly. The RN/LPN individual must be able to always work calmly under pressure, drawing from personal experience and professionalism to achieve that characteristic. Given the level of care and experience we provide, the RN/LPN must be enthusiastic, with top-notch customer service, and with an ownership spirit. We need an RN/LPN who wants to excel at their position.

· EMR Systems, 1 year (preferred)

LICENSE:

· Licensed Practical Nurse (Preferred)

· Registered Nurse (RN) (Preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting providers with patient examinations, therapeutic measures, and procedures.
• Monitor and record physiological assessments and measurements.
• Provide treatment to patients per protocols.

• Documenting in the EMR all pertinent information appropriately.

• Demonstrating courteous, cooperative, and respectful behavior.

• With the education and/or documented skills, may perform certain treatments/procedures.

• Performance of venipuncture and initiation and/or administration of IV therapy.
• Safeguarding and inventorying equipment and supplies.

• Ordering supplies and medications as directed.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current RN/LPN license to practice professional nursing in the State of Arizona.
• Has knowledge of Electronic Health Care Records and meaningful use.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN or LPN (Required)
