We are looking for RN/LPN Clinical Leaders with long-term care experience to join our growing team.
Job Type: 8-15-week engagements
Strategic Care Solutions is growing and is looking for dynamic RN Clinical Leaders to be placed into interim engagements as DON and ADON. We are looking for self-motivated, self-directed, knowledgeable nurses to be placed in 15-week engagements in Rockport, MA.
Competitive Rates!
We will provide clinical oversight and supervision as required for each engagement. Individual engagements occur weekdays, Monday-Friday, or as specifically contracted.
Requirements:
* Current RN or LPN license required in Massachusetts.
* Long term care experience required 5 years preferred.
* ICP Certified or willing to become ICP Certified
* Covid-19 vaccination required to protect the health and safety of patients, residents, employees, family members and the communities we serve
* Knowledge of current DPH regulations for compliance in SNF and/or AL communities
* Ability to relate well to staff and interact in positive manner during engagement
* Excellent assessment and evaluation skills and ability to review policies and procedures and make recommendations for change/improvement
* Exceptional writing skills and ability to write concise consultant reports summarizing issues, actions, and follow up plans.
* Willingness to travel within state as required by engagement contracts
* Ability to adapt well to various environments as deemed necessary.
Pay: based on years and quality of experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $90.00 per hour
