Hiring both full-time and part-time
ABOUT US:
Royal Health Group is a family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest standards of personal care for our residents in our skilled nursing facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct the nursing assistants to ensure quality care is provided.
Perform routine charting as required with established charting and documentation policies and procedures
Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff and providers
Meet with staff in planning shifts services and programs
Administer medications as ordered by the physician
Complete assessments, care plans, treatments, etc.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
New graduates welcome to apply
Must hold a current nursing license for the state of Massachusetts
Ability to assess and diagnose health care needs of residents
Ability to communicate plans to all care providers
Knowledge and ability to assess the effects of medications and treatments and monitor these effects to provide appropriate feedback to the interdisciplinary team and medical managers
Knowledge of resident rights and ability to apply this knowledge to protect and treat residents, staff, and community
Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required
Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience
