RN Nurse Manager Job at Mount Saint Rita Health Centre
Mount St. Rita Health Centre is a 98 bed skilled nursing facility. Our facility provides both short-term and long-term care in a beautiful setting in the hills of Cumberland atop of Diamond Hill Rd near the Wrentham, MA border. Our staff is vibrant and dedicated to quality. Our management team is exceptional.
We are actively seeking an RN Unit Manager for our Long term care unit. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a long-term care setting. We are willing to train the right candidate. This position requires on-call rotation with flexibility in the rotation.
Pay is based on experience
At Mount St. Rita Health Centre we offer up to a $ 5,000 sign on bonus as well as up to a $5,000 referral bonus. We offer a generous benefit package that includes: health, dental, and vision which are active upon hire. There is no waiting period. We also offer an excellent PTO program and a matching retirement plan.
