Responsibilities of the charge nurse:

• Management of CNA & CNA-M staff on the assigned unit
• The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices

Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered State of Maine LPN or RN license
• Strong Communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff
• Critical thinking skills
• The ability to handle stressful situations with tact
