The RN Supervisor is responsible for providing direct nursing care in assigned areas based on individualized patient needs, in conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of practice consistent with a registered nurse, and under the direction/delegation of the RN Supervisor. The RN Supervisor supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and team nurses in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
