RN Wellness Nurse Job at RediMed/Business Health
Primary duties involve coordinating and conducting Executive Wellness Physicals as well as Hazmat/Respirator exams. Will assist physicians with treadmill testing and provide all pre testing requirements prior to the exams as well as follow up coaching. Will provide onsite wellness services for area corporations along with managing the wellness portal. Will offer support to the Business Health and cross train to assist in all aspects for the occupational, education and wellness needs of the department. This may include, but not limited to lab draws, drug screens, audiometry, spirometry, immunizations, breath alcohol testing, TB skin test, educational classes as well as travel to provide the onsite services. Performs a wide variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity, flexibility and latitude is expected. Reports to Wellness Director and physician.
Licensure:
- Indiana RN or LPN license.
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Basic Life Support Instructor Certification required within one year of employment
Experience:
- No specific experience required. Will provide training on Breath Alcohol and Drug Screen Collection.
Education:
- Graduate of a nursing program from an accredited college or university
