Robotic Welder Programmer Job at US Enhanced
Robotic Welder Programmer Position with outstanding pay with a Metal Fabrication company based out of Archdale, NC. They focus on excellent communication, team work and are looking to add motivated talent to their team!
Our client provides a full-service, simplified approach to the metal crafting industry. Combining services for laser cutting, metal stamping, fabrication, assembly, powder coating, and an in-house tool and die shop we are one of the few American manufacturers that can provide you a diverse offering of services under one roof.
You will program our YASKAWA weld robot and troubleshoot any problems that arise related to them. Since we’re a job shop, we’re constantly getting new parts, so you’ll be constantly programming new parts. You’ll also oversee the robots’ preventative maintenance plans to ensure we’re running with max uptime and as cleanly as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Program our robotic welders for new parts and touch-up programs for existing parts
· Collaborate with our Engineering dept as they design fixturing for new parts
· Ensure our robots are maintained by overseeing their preventative maintenance
· Jump on ‘line-down’ situations and fix as fast as possible!
· As with all that work at Inland, help your fellow departments when they get in trouble
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Minimum 1 year’s experience programming welding YASKAWA. Experience a plus.
· Able to tell the difference between a good and bad weld and what causes both
· Able to read a blueprint with weld symbols
· Knowledge of, and adherence to robotic welding safety standards
· Manual welding experience a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
