Melrose, MN - We're seeking a Route Delivery & Sales Rep to perform sales and timely delivery our products servicing the dairy milking industry. The main responsibility for our Route Delivery Rep is to educate and provide top-notch service to our customers, building relationship rapport, leadership, and growth both personally and professionally. If you're a motivated and self-driven person seeking advancement, we want you on our team!
Pay is Hourly, extremely Competitive, DOE $75k-$90k w/sales commissions!
Be home EVERY NIGHT in your company vehicle!!
Accountability:
- Assist Managers and Customers with implementation and maintenance programs and promotions.
- Ensure delivery of all products are timely, efficient and completed in a fully acceptable manner.
- Handle product ordering, shipments, and returns according to S&R procedures.
- Provide excellent training on new products, accurately and timely, in a professional manner at all times.
- Promote safety in the workplace.
