Route Manager/Driver Job at Big Lake/ FedEx
With this position it is a Hybrid Delivery/ Management position. The position entailed deivering stops for Fed Ex Home Deivery as well as businesses. The management person should be able to handle any disputes that a customer or driver has when it comes to a delivery. The position includes but not limited to
Delivering packages to designated locations.
Handling Driver disputes about deliveries.
Daily paperwork needed for routes.
Handling equipment that goes to drivers such as scanners, batteries, chargers and trucks.
Maintaining schedule for staff.
Creating a route for a driver when needed.
Checking status of drivers and vehicles throughout the day at our office.
These are basic things that are needed but things can be added if necessary.
The job can be intensive but gratifying. The day starts with picking up a truck in Port St Lucie. Then driving to Riviera Beach FL. To load the truck and help other drivers with issues if needed. Once loaded you would driver in Port St Lucie and assist anyone that would need help in the area. We deliver in the 34953 and 34986 zip codes.
The ideal person is self motivated and willing To help others when needed.

Pay: $176.00 - $184.00 per day
