TACG is seeking a RSA Archer Tech Lead to provide direct support to the client in phased functional deployment of RSA Archer. This individual will manage communication among different teams to complete Risk and Compliance metrics as well as train new Archer users from various teams and levels of Archer knowledge on how to utilize the Archer GRC tool.

This position will be a hybrid role located in Rockville, MD.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support role to client in phased functional deployment of RSA Archer
  • Consult with the team and customer to define needs and issues, developing requirements, and analyzing findings to advise and recommend solutions to customer
  • Implement GRC solutions in RSA Archer
  • Define program objectives and design processes such as compliance assessment, risk identification, and remediation management
  • Gather detailed technical and functional requirements and develop applications using Archer
  • Configure Archer solutions based on technical and functional requirements
  • Develop effective tracking and reporting mechanisms using Archer
  • Develop process flow diagrams, dynamic reports and dashboards to provide risk summary
  • Develop ability to intake and correlate data feeds from multiple sources and formats
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Archer importing, data feed, and DFM account check processes
  • Demonstrate ability to review and edit draft security artifacts as assigned to ensure compliance with SA&A, and FISMA
  • Assist in the creation of SA&A packages with the responsibility for gathering information from system owners, applying data to the appropriate templates, and attending meetings in support of the effort
  • Ensure data population and remediation as per program requirements
  • Develop and maintain Archer Vendor and User guides
  • Assist in the collaboration of Archer to support RMF, Federal Enterprise Management, Continuous Monitoring, Assessment, Privacy and Business Continuity Management programs

Education and Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of working experience with RSA Archer
  • Experience with full deployment of Archer uses cases, to include RSA Archer SA&A and Security Operations Management
  • Knowledge and experience with NIST Risk Management Framework required
  • RSA Certified Archer Administrator or RSA Certified Advanced Administrator certification
  • Security +, SANS, ISC2, or other relevant certification
  • Experience and Competency with:
    • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize duties based on shifting demands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and team building skills

Preferred Skills:

  • College degree in Information Security or relevant field
  • Ideal candidate would have former experience with technical writing/editing of materials related to IT Security
  • Previous experience working on client site for Federal Agencies
