Sacramento Videographer/Editor Needed for Good Morning America Feature

OVERVIEW:

I'm on a mission to do 30 acts of kindness to celebrate my 30th birthday - as seen on ABC, NBC, and People Magazine.

I need a passionate, creative, and talented Videographer/Editor in the Sacramento area who can assist in filming and editing my next initiative - outfitting every nurse with comfortable designer scrubs at Shriners Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate has a background in independent video production and genuinely believes social media is a powerful way to spread positivity!

MISSION:
To create videos that uplift millions of people and inspire them to give back to their communities!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Film and edit 1 video for my social channels (TikTok, Instagram, and others).
- Demonstrate a strong sense of pace and timing, knowledge of effective ways to capture attention on social media, and an understanding of how to tell a powerful story in 1-2 minutes.
- Showcase your creativity and willingness to experiment by telling stories in new ways.
- Create unique, fun, and social-driven videos that inspire viewers to click "share."

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of Videography/Editing experience. I want someone with a strong track record of engaging video projects.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom).
- Creative camera work, efficient editing skills, and thoughtful suggestions on improving the content over time.
- Vast knowledge of video effects, flashy transitions, title animations, audio editing, and color correction.
- A scrappy, competitive drive. I want someone passionate about their work and who does what it takes to get the job done.
- Must provide relevant links to your work and describe the video equipment/editing software you currently use to be considered.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
