Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess their vehicle and offer products/services that best suit their car washing needs.
- Provide efficient, friendly, quality customer service to every customer.
- Selling memberships, bundle wash packages and other wash products/services.
- Operate the cash register and process payments using JetSplash's point-of-sale system.
- Answering the phone – taking messages or directing the call to the correct department.
- Clear communication with other team members.
- Promptly handle any membership management questions/problems that may arise.
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of point-of-sale office.
- Complete daily greeter opening/closing duties.
- Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written.
- A friendly, positive and outgoing personality.
- The ability to stay organized and multi-task.
- A self-motivated, sales-oriented individual.
- The ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer and mathematic skills.
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
