Job Responsibilities:

- Able to clearly communicate in English and local languages
- Able to make a convincing presentation
- Set goals with the team and measure its performance on a regular basis
- Maintaining client and team relationships
- Maintaining good energy levels during work hours
- Ability to negotiate win-win agreements
- Ability to plan ahead
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under business pressure
