Develop a commercial marketing territory in the following commercial verticals:
- Residential managed property
- Commercial managed property
- Hospitality (hotels and restaurants)
- Healthcare/Continuous Care Facilities (assisted living and nursing care)
- Institutional (schools and hospitals)
- . Office parks, Office buildings, Industrial parks.
- Generate Requests for Proposals (RFPs). RFPs are counted when a lead gets estimated.
- Bonuses paid per estimated lead
- Join and participate in local chapters of industry relevant networking groups.
- Actively participate in committees for each group.
- Research and identify key targets in designated commercial market segments (verticals).
- Cold call new clients and offices.
- Drop off pens or other promotional materials with potential clients.
- Find best sponsorship opportunities to promote our brand and with the objective of increasing business.
- Build a network with other CMAs in the CPP system
- Learn best practices
- Share ideas and successes
- Build a local network of B2B and individuals in similar roles to further your reach.
- Protect the assets of the company and CertaPro brand at all times.
- Never revealing trade secrets or practices or methods to competitor
- Keeping within budgets for each expenditure
- Set up and conduct office presentations or lunch and learn events
- Social media updates and posts – coordinate with OA
- Drive a logoed vehicle that is approved by your supervisor
- 2 years of sales and marketing experience
- Bachlolors degree preferred but not required
