We are looking for great people with amazing sales potential to join our awesome Sales team!

• Our Sales Associates make, on average, $28 to $30 per hour working 40-44 hours per week. No Experience Necessary - We have a Complete Paid Training Program with a Dedicated Trainer - to support you every step of the way on your journey to success.

This essential role requires dedicated team members who enjoy working with people and can pay attention to critical details while working in a fast-paced, multi-task filled, retail work environment.

• Enjoy HAVING FUN!
• Willing to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Must be outgoing, friendly, easy to talk to and gets excited by interacting with others, gets excited by developing and sharing fresh ideas with customers as they look to furnish their home.
• Earn guest business by demonstrating integrity in the sales process by engaging them in a way that helps them discover their true design potential.
• Be willing to follow up and stay in contact with the customers before and after the sale to provide a world class customer service experience.
