Elements Massage is a wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead retail sales and customer service of potential clients and current members. Our business is built on Elements Wellness Program sales and we reward our team when we meet our objectives.

Our team members will earn commission for wellness plan sales and have opportunities to earn up to $300 per month in additional bonuses.

Studio Specific Benefits

• Pay $15 - $17 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus

Responsibilities and Duties

• Selling and promoting wellness program memberships
• Develop long-term relationships with our clients
• Inform all clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan
• Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program
• Be the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or face to face
• Ensure the client appointment documentation and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate
• Implement internal and external promotion/marketing efforts to increase awareness and demand
• Become intimately familiar with services and modalities offered to effectively communicate with the client to better assist with customizing their massage experience
• Work as a team with our manager and massage therapists to create an environment where client's experience is always #1
• Maintain our Client Leads Roster to generate appointments through phone calls, messaging service, promotions, and walk-ins which in-turn creates membership opportunities
• Emphasis on member retention
• Maintain studio's visual appearance and high standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Driven, self-starter with an assertive yet professional personality
• Goal-oriented and committed to exceeding individual and organizational goals
• Able to think quickly on the fly and resolve issues with your scope of responsibility
• Prior retail sales experience required, selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients
• Customer Service experience in a spa-like or similarr environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution
• Experience with MindBody point of sales system is a plus
• Must have excellent communication skills and available to work a varied schedule to include evenings and weekends
• Driven to create the best environment and experiences for the client
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems
