Sales Associate (Full Time) Clothing - Moorhead, MN Job at Running Supply, Inc.
We have career opportunity as a Clothing & Footwear Team Lead. This position is responsible for merchandising and sales within his or her assigned department as well as providing the highest level of customer service. The position reports to the Store Manager.
This position will require ability to work days, occasional evening shifts (till 8pm), and an alternating every other weekend schedule. Extensive knowledge and understanding of clothing, footwear, accessories, etc are needed. Starting pay ranges from $17.00-$20.00/hour depending on experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and coordinate the merchandising of assigned products.
- Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise within the assigned department.
- Ensure adequate inventory in all areas of assigned department.
- Assist customers with purchases.
- Theft Tag Prevention
- Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of assigned department product needs and other product information.
- Assist with the training and direction provided to new department team members.
- Clean & Organize Department
- Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
OTHER DUTIES
Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

- Ability to work an irregular work schedule
