As a key member of our sales strategy and operations team, the associate will play a crucial role in supporting the compliance operations of a full multi-channel sales force, helping facilitate the build and maintenance of an effective compliance program using world-class sales-enablement technology, and evaluate areas of opportunities for growth and expansion. The success of our sales operations team will be a fundamental differentiator in our ability to meet key company growth goals over the next decade.
The ideal associate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and will have a roll-up their sleeves mentality. You should be compliant oriented, ready to leverage Medicare guidelines and quick problem solving to make effective decisions. Additionally, you should be comfortable taking ownership of your piece of the business and have a desire to learn and take on more responsibility as you and your role evolves with Devoted.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Research CMS, State, and Code of Federal Regulations to ensure the sales organization is adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Support review and approval of marketing materials submitted by third parties to generate leads for Devoted Health.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agency partners.
  • Review internal creatives (agent/broker training, communications, policy and procedures) to ensure adherence with CMS guidelines.
  • Support the sales organization in meeting sales goals by providing compliance support that includes, but is not limited to reviewing new sales/marketing event concepts, marketing/sales complaints, and development of monitoring tools.
  • Develop, implement, execute sales compliance objectives and deliverables.
  • Track project timelines, progress, and report to key stakeholders.
  • Assists in responding to audits conducted by the compliance team.
  • Cross train within the department to be able to jump in as needed.

Desired skills and experience:
  • Minimum of (3-5) years of relevant work experience with direct knowledge of CMS Medicare regulations and compliance programs for Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD), and/or Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) is required.
  • Knowledgeable on Medicare Advantage rules, regulations and guidelines to partner with operational areas for proper interpretation and execution.
  • Ability to work in a startup, fast paced environment
  • Flexibility - ability to change gears based on need
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to curate and analyze data using various business intelligence platforms Health care experience
  • Experience in Medicare Part C or D preferred
  • Collaborate with coworkers in a virtual environment as a team player
  • Ability to travel
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
