About our client:

Excel Pest Services is a trusted, local exterminator in NJ & FL with over 30 years of experience protecting homes and businesses. If so, Excel Pest Services has a great opportunity for you as a Special Services Technician! Our Special Service technicians provide wildlife, termite, bed bug, and bird control services for our residential and commercial customers.

Pay

• $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 / Annually
• Monthly bonus based on total sales (Bonus to be paid on the 15th of the following month.)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from prospective new customers while delivering excellent customer service
• Take accurate customer information listening closely to customers concerns
• Enter detailed lead information into our CRM and properly distribute lead information to the correct sales technician by territory and branch
• Monitor email communication from customers and sales technicians entering accurate new account information timely
• Make sure all prescribed treatments and agreed to services for the customers are entered with the correct initial service information, follow ups and future service schedule
• Communicate payment information to our accounting team timely
• Work closely with sales manager in the coordination of daily route schedules

Job requirements

• Independent and confident
• Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
• Good time management skills
• Driver's License and clean driving record is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to do Background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
