We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join Ramsey Solutions. If you are interested in working with a passionate sales team, learning together and changing lives, but would like to learn more about the different business units, read on! • Make 50+ cold calls per day.
• Qualifying leads at a high rate while communicating lead quality trends with your leader
• Set demo appointments for the appropriate Account Executive.
• Setting up other team members for success through strong communication and use of CRM
• Stretching yourself every month to achieve better results
• Stepping over several “Nos” to find your next “Yes”
• Driving our mission forward with everything you’ve got, everyday

• Familiarity with Dave Ramsey’s financial principles
• Great personality and strong communication skills both oral and written
• Experience with ConnectAndSell a plus
