Insurity’s next Sales Enablement Manager

Our Sales Enablement Manager will report to the VP of Sales Operations to provide valuable support to Insurity’s Sales team. They will focus on enabling sales growth via product training, sales tools, and sales materials while also working to enhance sales skills, sales processes, and a common sales language. This role will work alongside the sales operational management team and will partner with the sales leaders to identify gaps in sales skills at either an individual or team level.

What Our Sales Enablement Manager Will Do

  • Embed yourself within the Sales Operations function to ensure alignment with the Sales Process, which will drive the content creation and delivery of the training program
  • Establish the onboarding training program for all members of the sales organization to expedite new hire ramp-up and facilitate earlier revenue generation.
  • Facilitate scheduling and delivery of live instructor-led classes on Product Solutions and 3rd Party Sales Skills Training.
  • Create and deliver live training classes on Sales Processes and Sales Skills Best Practices.
  • Work with the L&D team to develop e-learning modules for new hire training, business development reps, Account Managers, Account Executives, and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Management of all training and enablement materials in eLearning, SharePoint, and any other related systems
  • Work with leadership to craft the agenda for SKO and other strategic team planning meetings
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the training curriculum and its impact on sales objectives
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members
  • Organize and coordinate Sales team-building exercises
  • Propose new projects in line with the strategy provided by sales leadership and the needs you’ve uncovered in your interactions with sales and their managers.
  • Collaborates with leadership to assess the capability gaps across the Sales team and take appropriate steps to address them
  • Identify and analyze existing/ new technologies and their use in an instructional environment
  • Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and standard methodologies, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
  • Deliver sales training curriculum in a way that engages the audience, increases retention, transfers skills and knowledge, and drives behaviors that accelerate sales momentum

Who We're Looking For

  • 7 years + of experience designing, developing, and delivering enablement or training programs and content including sales methodologies
  • 2+ years of field experience in a customer-facing sales or service position
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones on schedule
  • The ability to establish a vision, drive alignment across the team and implement that vision consistently and predictably.
  • Hand-on experience in Sales and a complex Sales cycle
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to identify individual engagement levels through active listening, targeted questioning techniques, and real-time observation of trainee behaviors
  • Ability to effectively determine what each trainee has learned, adjust training techniques to meet individual needs, and motivate trainees to develop new knowledge into skills
  • Ability to build an environment conducive to practicing new behaviors and assess whether new skills are being formed from learned knowledge
  • Displays organized, innovative thinking to strategically tackle problems
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is, $77,000 -$150,000 commensurate with experience.
