Sales Information Coordinator Job at Creminelli Fine Meats LLC
Formed in 2020 with the merger of Daniele Foods and Creminelli Fine Meats, Charcuterie Artisans makes ultra-premium charcuterie, such as salami and prosciutto, packaged in all formats from bulk wholesale to snacking and building charcuterie boards. We are looking to add a Sales Information Coordinator to our team who will play a key role in helping us build enduring brands that are demanded by consumers and shape the charcuterie category. This exciting role will be responsible for inter-department coordination between sales and other departments, managing new vendor set-ups, maintaining sales kits, marketing swag and various sales reports and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Information Support for Retail, Club, and Food Service Teams
- External New Item Setup/Forms: Provide sales team with any information, assets, or documents required for setting up a new item with a vendor.
- New Vendor Set Up Coordination: Work with internal teams to gather information and provide/obtain documents for new vendor set up.
- Maintain Sales Kit assets for Creminelli and Del Duca brands.
- GDSN Item Data Accuracy Management
- Price List Management
- Sample Order Entry and Maintenance
- Trade Show Coordination: Manage trade show booth samples/swag/marketing items, trade show booth logistics, sales team travel & hotel coordination, trade show registration & account management, trade show booth set up & labor.
- Manage Wholesale Inquires and Sales Leads and redistribute to appropriate Manager.
- FSQA Recall Coordinator: Point of contact for Sales Team in communicating any product recalls.
- Weekly/Monthly Reporting Support

Your Background:
- 1-3 year(s) of experience in sales or food manufacturing
- Willingness to learn and grow

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
