Requirements of the Entry Level Sales / Management Trainee:
- B.A. Degree - Business Major preferred but not required
- Able to work in the Cedar Rapids area
- Former college athlete preferred
- Able to prioritize and work independently
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
- Interested in a career in Sales or Management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
