Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, we want you to put your passion for sales management into growing our membership base and supporting our Sales Reps
Responsibilities:
- Establish sales objectives (Daily/Weekly)
- Plan and review sales performance with your team
- Complete sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members, while assisting to close deals when needed.
- Maintain sales staff by selecting, orienting, and training as needed.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- Experience working with and managing a sales team is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and implement sales plans.
- Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress.
- Ability to analyze sales data.
- Presentation and analytical skills
- Management and leadership skills
- Ability to develop budgets and sales strategies.
- Aptitude for mentoring and coaching sales reps
