Sales Manager – Japanese Bilingual

A Global Automotive supplier is looking for a Sales Manager – Japanese Bilingual to join their team. Company offers:

Responsibilities:

· Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department.

· Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

· Ability to establish and execute a monthly plan.

· Will ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.

· Must execute action items per the annual business plan to help achieve section key metrics.

· Develops, presents, or responds to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.

· Plans and modifies product configurations to meet customer needs and communicates those changes / capabilities with the company.

· Prepares and delivers technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.

· Provides technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

· Negotiates pricing for customers with awareness of budget and cost of production.

· Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales.

· Manages and oversees all direct purchasing for the organization.

· Communicate with customers, related departments in company included head quarter in Japan.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.

· 5 years of working experience as an account manager in Automotive/Manufacturing industry.

· Must be Japanese bilingual
