Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Director of Sales. We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the internal sales team and manage daily sales operations.

• Oversees all Sales Specialists and internal sales efforts
• Provides coaching and development for team and 1:1 support for internal sales team members
• Facilitates onboarding for new-hire internal sales members & provides consistent provides feedback and follow up through the onboarding process
• Manages key relationships with clients, partners, and other department leaders
• In alignment with the Executive Leadership Team’s strategies and framework, develops sales policy, goals, and strategies
• Analyzes and projects sales forecasts and prepares projections and reports
• Tracks and analyzes sales data utilizing key performance indicators and quantitative metrics
• Forecasts sales workforces needs and collaborates with the human resources team to recruit and onboard new sales team members
• Partners with internal sales team to handle and resolve customer concerns regarding products and services
• Advises and supports strategic account needs and sales presentations
• Assists with the establishment and updates to sales-operations utilizing available tools
• Provides support to Director of Sales by cascading & reinforcing relevant sales initiatives, behaviors & company/department directives

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or comparable degree and/or relevant work experience
• Extensive experience in the EMS and Fire market, and is familiar with competitive ImageTrend landscape
• Proven sales experience required, and sales management experience preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office and internet
• Effective analytical & critical thinking skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, and a positive attitude
• Experience utilizing Microsoft CRM or relevant CRM experience
• Travel up to 20% and as needed to support the internal sales team & their territories
