Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Reports to: SVP of Business Development- Technology & Orthotics

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role requires a person who has high energy, incredible organizational skills, detail oriented, a passion for project management and enjoys working on a cross functional team. This role includes the following:

• Creating reports about sales operations performance and identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Deployment of weekly reports to the Sales Team
• Partnering with Sales Team on account requests.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, technology team and others to ensure that products are received.
• Working with customer service to ensure orders are entered and processed.
• Coordinating the rollout of Technology & Orthotics for accounts.
• Project Management of rollouts and ongoing account support
• Project Management and coordination of training for the following:Product launches, Webinars, Aetrex Academy reporting and coordination
• Liaison with ustomer service on schedules of launches, shipping department and technology team.
• Coordinate account tasks including but not limited to Training, RTVs, Communication of Software upgrades and Reporting.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including strong excel skills

· Experience with Salesforce
