Summary of Overall Job:

This position provides operations and administrative support for the Director of Sales Operations.

The Sales Operations Department provides support functions essential to productivity of the sales organization and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization, and that sales and delivery teams work efficiently with minimal barriers to growth.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist Director of Sales Operations with various report management, tracking and data analysis, deadlines, etc.
  • Proactively provide sales teams with clear communications and tools to help sell e.Republic products efficiently.
  • Provide various reports and sales tools when needed – for use by Sales Management, Sales reps, etc.
  • Monitor and manage against upcoming deadlines and quotas to keep sales teams informed with reminders regarding deadlines and information pertaining to open sales pipeline.
  • Assist Director of Sales Operations with project management tracking to ensure sales and sales operations project goals are met.
  • Ensure all sales materials, tools and toolkit are accurate, up to date, and readily accessible.
  • Under guidance of the Director, responsible for creation of new tools as the needs arise.
  • Responsible for maintenance of all aspects of sales toolkit in coordination with business optimization team. This includes, proposal templates, deadline and inventory tracking systems, rate sheets and product specific datasheets.
  • Assist Director with collection of various materials and data needed for sales materials, and assisting sales reps.
  • Monitor for inventory and pipeline issues and keep Director informed so that action can be taken immediately.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills –internal and external
  • Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to complete actions in a timelymanner, work against deadlines and produce high quality work
  • Must be well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in upbeat, yet fast-paced “sales” environment
  • Able to work well within a team as well as self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Salesforce (SF training provided)
  • Must be in a work environment with reliable internet access.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.84 per hour
