SAGE Dining Services® has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Sales Proposal Coordinator in the Marketing Department in Lutherville, Maryland. You'll work with the Marketing Project Manager to provide proposal support to our Sales and Operations teams. This is an opportunity to manage and work on important projects as part of a vibrant, talented Marketing Team.

The Proposal Coordinator works with multiple departments to gather documents, dvelop, and create sales proposals while adhering to tight deadlines and established in-house standards.

Pay Type:

$55,000.00 -$70,000.00 Salary

What you'll do:

  • Review RFPs and similar documents with Marketing, Sales, and Operations departments. Assist with the production of proposals following strict image and style guidelines.
  • Compose proposals and presentations by seamlessly integrating/combining components from different contributors.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposal materials, including editing, verifying, and formatting proposal information.
  • Ensure proposals are processed timely, compliant, complete, and accurate.
  • Adheres to established in-house standards for quality, graphics, subject, and editorial style.
  • Ensure Proper formatting, version control, and standards are used in all submission documents.
  • Work with all levels of the organization, across departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Project Management, Purchasing, Human Resources, etc.) to ensure the information submitted is accurate and compliant.
  • Provide scheduling, guidance, and leadership to all proposal participants.
  • Ensure version control of all in-development proposal sections.
  • Carries out autonomous work assignments (organization of files, etc.) as needed.
  • Assist the Marketing Team on other marketing initiatives as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Desired skills: Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and InCopy, Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience creating, packaging, and sending high-quality proposals.
  • Creative problem solver.

  • Professional interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant experience working on proposals, reading, and analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • One or more years of experience in proposal-design or graphic-design in Sales or Marketing.
