Sales Representative Job at Same Day Delivery Inc
SameDay Delivery is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to add to our growing team within the Grand Rapids area.
This role deals with current accounts as well as secure new ones within the company’s footprint. The role works with every department in the organization to ensure that the level of service provided is world class.
We are looking for fun, committed and passionate individual to provide our customers with first in class service. We want employees to love their jobs.
Successful applicants will be very organized, reliable, prompt, pleasant, detail oriented and have some working knowledge of computers.
Responsibilities include answering customers requests both on the phone and by email, data entry, problem solving, decision making, scanning/filing and other duties as required.
The responsibilities for this position include but may not be limited to:
- Actively pursue and qualify new business opportunities
- Find and close on new business
- Develop pricing tariffs and ensure they are properly implemented
- Address customer concerns and work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop potential opportunities and new markets/services
- Utilize available resources and knowledge to orchestrate solutions that increase market share and profitability
- Develop and maintain customer database
- Contact information
- Meeting notes
- Pricing, etc
Objectives:
- Grow top line revenue while protecting overall margin performance
- Continuous interaction with new and existing customers
- Successfully implement and operationalize new customers
- Maintain pulse on current market for customer and competitor insight
Key Performance Indicators:
- Daily revenue
- Daily call activity
- Weekly planned activity
- Monthly margin
- Closed and found new business revenue
- Weekly pipeline
