Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Interview customers and process loan applications
- Process payments, verify and handle cash, endorsements, issues receipts, etc.
- Prepares and presents assigned daily marketing offers
- Responsible for assigned collection of customer accounts
- Compiles and maintains records
- Build relationships and identify needs of customers in a timely manner
- Other daily responsibilities to support day to day branch operations
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer service experience in a professional setting
- Professionalism and verbal/written communications skills
Nice to Have:
- Prior customer service experience in the Financial Services industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
