• Oh…and by the way, in addition to being a top salesperson, you must come to the table being “tech savvy.” (That doesn’t mean you code, it means you are fast with technology- because we use the state-of-the-art software.)
• One more thing, we don’t care that you haven’t sold painting services before. It doesn’t matter. What does matter is that you are willing to roll up your sleeves and learn. (maybe even spend a day or two with the brush-in-hand)
• We can teach you how to sell painting services, but we can’t teach you how to study. Yes, the first 4 weeks will be intensive learning. (If you are wondering, YES, we have successfully done it before with other salespeople going through our hands-on training program.)
• If you end up working here, you’ll likely earn a minimum of $75k, but really that would be a shame. Our goal in the first year is to get you earning $125K (It’s totally doable, it will be challenging, but attainable).

This job will require regular travel up and down the I-5 between Portland and Eugene with occasional travel to the coast or central Oregon.

A criminal background check and valid driver’s license will be required. Employee drug screening is required at random and may be required pre-employment.

Work Location: Albany office with travel throughout the Willamette Valley using company vehicle. Not required to show up at office each day – only for meetings, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
