CAMFS, the largest independent fleet maintenance company in the country, is currently hiring Sales Specialist II. As a Sales Specialist II, is an employee who is a responsible and highly motivated individual who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Meeting or exceed sales goals for your Area of Responsibility (AOR) and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Portray a welcome and positive image of Northeast Great Dane/Cox Automotive
at all times.
  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product and / or repair to solve the customer’s problem.
  • Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
  • Utilize available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
  • Maintain regular cadence of communication with Trailer Sales Representative who covers the same AOR.
  • Meet or exceed established Parts Sales Goals
  • Other duties when requested by Parts Director
Requirements
  • General understanding of the principles of sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High School diploma or GED required with four (4) years of experience in Heavy Duty/Trailer Parts
  • Bachelor’s Degree in preferred with two (2) years of experience in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Parts
  • Previous experience in the following areas: sales, negotiations, marketing, and problem resolution.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications and Karmak Fusion software a plus
