Sales Support Assistant – $5000 Sign-On Bonus

• 
  Contact prior leads/previous customers to see if they are interested in having exterior work completed on their home
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to provide estimates
• Track prospective customers with our CRM software
• Answer incoming customer calls and maintain office files
• Enjoy a full-time schedule (Monday thru Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)

About Us:

Glick's Exteriors of Gap, PA, is experiencing exciting growth and is looking for a full-time Sales Support Assistant to contact leads and previous customers and schedule appointments for our sales team. Founded in 2010, our company has built a reputation of excellence within our Chester and Montgomery Counties' target market. We offer roofing, siding, window & door replacement, and gutters. Our customers come to us for quality craft work and timely completion of projects. We've been experiencing steady growth through referrals & marketing and have ambitious goals for our future.

Our Sales Support Assistant:

• Experience: Previous customer service, office assistant, sales, or construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right entry-level candidate.
• People-person: Friendly, personable, and enjoys speaking and interacting with customers.
• Great Communicator: Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers in person and on the phone
• Detail-Oriented: able to accurately schedule appointments for our sales team and track our customers' information
• Computer Skills: Able to learn our CRM software (Job Nimbus) and use Google G Suite

• Base pay rate of $14 per hour with the potential to earn up to $18-$20 per hour with monthly performance-based bonuses
