POSITION SUMMARY: The KITH Sales Support operates as the backbone to the KITH sales floor. They can wear multiple hats, as they specialize in all areas of customer experiences. The support role is ready to go and support the business as needed. They contribute to the customer experience from beginning to end. They set the tone for the best-in-class experience our customers receive while shopping with KITH. They are also operationally sound and communicate with the team throughout the KITH shop on a variety of things.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with Manager on Duty for direction and projects/tasks
• Support store in any tasks needed to provide most efficient experience for customers, including but not limited to:
• Running merchandise from Back-of-House to Sales Floor
• Provide support to sales floor or other departments depending on business needs
• Help maintain visual standards during down time
• Be ready and able to assist customers in the absences of a Sales Associate
• Partner with Sales-Floor team to ensure customers are receiving the most efficient and best service possible during their visit
• Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the sales floor including but not limited to:
• Folding or merchandising store to brand standards
• Maintaining the salesfloor and back-of-house as clean and organized as possible

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

• 1-2 years in a retail environment
• 1-3 years in fashion/apparel is preferred but no required

Skills/Abilities:

• Comprehensive computer skills
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job:
• Standing/Walking for prolonged periods of time
• Lifting or moving up to 30 pounds
• Bending, twisting as well as climbing of ladders and other physical tasks related to standard retail operations
• Ability to perform business math
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
• Efficient communication with customers, peers, or Direct-Reports

With steadfast perseverance, he methodically rose through the ranks from floor salesman to assistant manager to eventually becoming head buyer. Collaborating with brands that have stood the test of time, Kith aligns itself with brands and ideations from Fieg’s childhood that cohesively formalized the roots of his upbringing. Conceptualizing Kith as an extension of himself, Fieg seeks to shift the current landscape of fashion, while operating under a personal philosophy of giving the consumer more than what they pay for.
