This position is based out of the Synchrony Home Office in Louisville, KY.

The Sales Support Coordinator will assist the Sales Team with administrative organization through various methods, including using Salesforce and Microsoft Office. This position will be responsible for various internal sales reports, dashboards, maintenance of sales and customer records and providing presentation and follow-up services for the Sales Team. The position will also work closely with the Marketing Team on campaigns, social media and other outreach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Administratively assist Sales Team with sales presentations, metrics, and other reports for current and prospective partners.
2. Maintain and improve customer reports and dashboards that are tied to weekly, monthly updates and prospect reports.
3. Develop reports and dashboards within the Salesforce tool that users and managers can utilize to drive effectiveness within the team including pipelines
4. Provides weekly, monthly, and annual reports to Sales Team and Leadership based on metrics developed
5. Support the development of custom dashboards for presentations utilizing Definitive Healthcare Data
6. Provides other scheduled reports to team as defined by leadership
7. Collaborate with leadership to determine enhancements and improvements within the SalesForce platform

Qualifications

  • An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar.
  • Experience with sales industry software like Salesforce and client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
  • Working knowledge of managing budgets and keeping track of sales commissions.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Salesforce Certifications a plus!

Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience administrating Salesforce, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool strongly preferred.
  • Similar work experience in sales and administrative support roles
