What you will do as the Sales Team Leader
You will lead the sales team to meet and exceed their KPIs and targets. You will grow the team to 10 from 4. You will also play an influential role across the whole team, one with a real family feel.

• Leading, coaching & managing Sales Teams and enjoyed seeing them succeed
• Teach your team to fish, not to give them the fish.
• Practice being accountable
• Communicate Effectively
• Implementing department systems and processes, such as CRMs and sales tools
• Finding new opportunities to expand the territory
• Building sales teams

This is a Full-time position in Head Office working at Coral Springs and covering a 25-mile radius of Miramar, Florida & surrounding areas.
Requirements
You are the ideal candidate if you possess

• 3-5 years of commercial management experience in business development, sales, or account management for medium-sized to large companies
• Experience of managing Sales Teams
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to lead a team to meet & exceed sales and commission targets
